The hotel is located right in the very center of Wien, making it convenient to explore the city on foot or easily access trams if you prefer not to walk. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The rooms, apart from the tiny bathroom, were spacious and comfortable, with attention paid to the smallest details. Additionally, the breakfast offered a wide variety of options for all tastes, including champagne in a cooler.
No improvement needed, everything was alright.
